Wish to Watch a Musical Show in Verona
Hey peeps! I hope you had a great Easter week especially last weekend. I am missing home during this season but I have to accept that I live thousands of miles away from home. If I can only fly for an hour, I would surely be home last Easter Sunday. I hope, I can go home for good soon. As of now, I am preparing for that comeback and I really need patience and determination…crossing my fingers!
The Verona Arena, known in Italia as Arena di Verona. It is a Roman amphitheatre in Piazza Bra in Verona, Italy built in 1st century. It is still in use today and is internationally famous for the large-scale opera performances given there. It is one of the best preserved ancient structures of its kind.
I am quite tired today especially from work. I will really be happy if the 6-day shift from work will be over tomorrow. That is why, I would only love to share a quick update about my last visit in Verona.
It’s been almost four years now since our trip in this Italian city. I was with my good friends during that visit. I wish I can stay longer in the city to witness one or some of its famous musical shows. I would love to see performers live on stage playing musical instruments like guitars using exotic guitar picks. I would also love to witness an opera watching performers and musicians playing brass instruments, organs or pianos. Musical plays and opera shows in Verona like Giuseppe Verdi’s Aida, Romeo and Juliet, Carmen, Tosca or Turandot, are quite good shows. I already found some travel packages with any of these shows but sad to say, my vacation leave was not approved during the dates of the shows. I hope I can visit Verona again and watch some stage shows in its Arena.
So far, that visit in this city was a very memorable one. I had great time wandering around the city with my friends, seeing its historic sights. I miss my travel buddies and I hope to see them again.
